When you track job applications, we store:

• Your notes and scheduled events
• Salary information (if you choose to enter it)

Analysis Data

When you run a CV-to-job match analysis:

• Job descriptions you paste for analysis
• AI-generated match scores and recommendations
• Analysis history for your reference

Usage Information

• Number of analyses performed (for usage limits)
• Account creation and last login timestamps
• Application activity metrics (status changes, event scheduling, response timelines)

Application Questions & Answers

• Questions you paste from job applications
• AI-generated answers based on your CV
• Your edited/final answers

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide our service - Analyze CV-job fit, track applications, store your data for your use
• AI Processing - Your CV and job descriptions are sent to AI providers (Anthropic Claude or OpenAI) to generate match analyses. These providers process data according to their privacy policies but do not store your data for training purposes.
• Enforce usage limits - Track analyses to apply free/premium tier limits
• Improve our service - Aggregate, anonymized statistics may be used to improve the product
• Analytics and insights - We analyze aggregated, anonymized usage patterns to understand job market trends, average application timelines, and success rates. This helps us improve the service and may be shared publicly as industry insights (never containing identifiable personal data).
• Personalized recommendations - We may use your job application history and preferences to suggest relevant job opportunities or provide insights about your job search progress.

We collect and analyze aggregated, anonymized data to:

• Understand job market trends (e.g., average time from application to interview by industry)
• Calculate success metrics (e.g., average number of applications before receiving offers)

• AI Service Providers (Anthropic/OpenAI) - To perform CV analysis. Data is transmitted securely and not used for model training.

To enhance your job search experience, we may integrate with third-party services:

Job Board and ATS Integrations

We may integrate with job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to:

• Suggest job opportunities that match your CV and preferences
• Import job postings directly for analysis
• Provide insights about companies you're interested in
• Notify you about relevant openings at companies you've previously applied to

We will update this policy and notify you before enabling any new third-party integrations.

• All data is transmitted over HTTPS (encrypted in transit)
• Passwords are not stored - we use Google OAuth for authentication

• CVs - Stored until you delete them
• Job Applications - Stored until you delete them
• Analysis History - Stored until you delete them or your account
• Account Data - Deleted when you delete your account
